The copyright of all published articles remains fully with the respective authors without any restrictions.

Global Research in Education and Teaching is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows anyone to copy, redistribute, adapt, transmit, and modify the work, provided that proper credit is given to the original work and its source.

Under the CC BY framework, authors retain full copyright over their articles while granting permission to others to use the content—either in whole or in part—on the condition that proper attribution is provided.

Users (redistributors) of Global Research in Education and Teaching are required to clearly acknowledge the original source, including the author(s), the journal name as the first publisher, year of publication, volume, issue number, and the Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Authors also grant Global Research in Education and Teaching the right of first publication, even though the copyright remains with the authors.

Author Warranty Statement

Authors guarantee that the submitted article:

  • Is an original work written by the listed authors,
  • Has not been previously published,
  • Does not contain unlawful statements,
  • Does not infringe upon the rights of others,
  • Is fully owned by the authors and free from third-party claims, and
  • Includes properly authorized citations from other sources where necessary.

User/Public Rights

Global Research in Education and Teaching is committed to disseminating published articles freely. Under the Creative Commons license, users are permitted to copy, distribute, display, and use the work for various purposes, including commercial use.

Users must provide appropriate attribution to both the author(s) and Global Research in Education and Teaching in any form of redistribution, whether within the journal or through other publication media. Unless otherwise stated, all published articles are considered public documents.

Author Rights

Authors retain full rights to their published work, including but not limited to:

  • Copyright and other ownership rights (such as patents),
  • The right to reuse the content in future works (e.g., lectures or books),
  • The right to reproduce the article for personal use,
  • The right to archive the article in personal repositories, and
  • The right to enter into additional agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the published version (e.g., institutional repositories or book publications), provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication in Global Research in Education and Teaching is included.

Co-Authorship

For manuscripts with multiple authors, the submitting author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to the copyright and licensing terms.

The submitting author is also responsible for informing all co-authors about this policy. Global Research in Education and Teaching is not responsible for any internal disputes among authors. All communication regarding publication will be conducted with the corresponding author.

Royalties

As an open-access journal distributing articles freely under a Creative Commons license, authors acknowledge that they will not receive any royalties or financial compensation from Global Research in Education and Teaching.

Additional Provisions

Global Research in Education and Teaching will publish articles only after the editorial process has been successfully completed. The journal editors reserve the right to make adjustments to align manuscripts with the journal’s writing standards, including punctuation, spelling, capitalization, references, and grammar.

Authors understand that published articles will be freely accessible to the public, as outlined in the User/Public Rights section above.
