Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors may request the withdrawal of a submitted manuscript only under exceptional circumstances and with reasonable justification. Manuscript withdrawal after the peer-review process has begun is strongly discouraged, as it consumes significant editorial and reviewer resources.

To request a withdrawal, the corresponding author must submit a formal request to the Editorial Office stating the reasons for the withdrawal. The request should be approved by all co-authors.

A manuscript will be considered withdrawn only after the Editorial Office has reviewed the request and issued written confirmation. Authors should not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive official notification from the journal.

Requests for withdrawal after a manuscript has been accepted for publication will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
